The RGL5R can only be used for fall restraint as there is no shock absorption built into the system. If there is any possibility of a fall, then a fall arrest product MUST be used.

11mm kernmantle rope is used for the manufacture of this product which provides greater strength and superior wear resistance compared to webbing. The RGL5R should NEVER used to extend another fall arrest product.
