Yale Chain Blocks with Beam Trolley

Quick Ref: CN-1779

Yale offer a fantastic range of monorail hand operated chain hoists in the format of a manual push travel or as geared travel (otherwise known as hand chain driven). Standard capacity options are available from 250kg all the way to 24 tonne with specially manufactured bespoke hoists, that can be made to our customer’s capacity requirements.

Monorail trolley mounted chain blocks/hoists are usually permanently installed on runway beams and are used for all types of industrial tasks, including maintenance and production processes.

The trolley of the Yale hoist can be solid mounted or articulating so that it swivels to negotiate the radius bend on a lifting runway beam (like the VLRP and VLRG for example).

Trolley hoists are lower headroom than hook suspended hoists on independent trolleys though Yale also offer very low headroom trolley-hoist cominations such as the YLLHP (push travel) and YLLHG (geared travel). These Yale extra low headroom hoists are often employed when the user has restricted height under the lifting beam.

Layout

Low headroom manual chain hoist with 360 degree handwheel and built-in push/pull travel beam trolley.

The Yalelift ITP is the combination of a Yalelift 360 hoist and trolley, whereby the hoist is permanently bolted directly on to a push travel beam trolley.

Capacities available: 500kg, 1 tonne, 2 tonnes, 3 tonnes and 5 tonnes.

Low headroom manual chain hoist with 360 degree handwheel and built-in geared travel beam trolley (hand chain driven).

The Yalelift ITG is the combination of a Yalelift 360 hoist and trolley, whereby the hoist is permanently bolted directly on to a geared travel beam trolley, which slightly improves the closed height, maximising clearance below the hoist.

Capacities available: 500kg, 1 tonne, 2 tonnes, 3 tonnes, 5 tonnes and 10 tonnes.

Ultra low headroom manual chain hoist with built-in push or geared beam trolley. Corrosion and spark resistant options available.

The YaleLift LH hoist series are available with a geared trolley or push trolley with options for standard finish, corrosion resistant or with a spark resistant finish. The combination of the Yale low headroom hand chain hoist with integrated push trolley or geared trolley.

Capacities Available: 500kg, 1 tonne, 2 tonnes, 3 tonnes, 5 tonnes and 10 tonnes (geared only).

Low headroom trolley hoist combination with push travel or geared travel beam trolley.

Options on Compact Trolley Hoist : Safe Working Load, Trolley Type, Chain Collector Bags, Trolley to fit Beam Size (mm) (e.g 152), Height of Lift (m).

All-steel construction with zinc-plated load and hand chains. All units are built to order for a predetermined beam dimension.

Anti-drop devices and anti-tilt devices are standard features. VNR series offers minimum headroom and maximum usage of the available room height.

Swivel truck beam trolley combination with built-in hoist and low headroom design. Optional push or geared drive.

Options on Low Headroom Hoist : Safe working load, trolley type, height of lift (m), chain collector bags, overload protection, trolley to fit beam size (mm). The hand chain hoist series VLR with integrated manual trolley drive features extremely low headroom capabilities and provides optimal usage of the available storage space in confined areas. The swivel truck feature of the trolley suspension enables travelling on extremely short radius curves.
