High Flow 700 Bar Electric Pump

Two stage electric driven hydraulic pump range with a choice of 110, 240 or 380/440 Volt motor options. That offers a flow of 10 litres/min at low pressure and 1 litre/min at high pressure (up to 700 Bar) these pumps are particularly useful when operating high tonnage or long stroke cylinders.

With 2, 3 or 4-way manual and electric solenoid valve options these pumps are suitable for a wide range of applications.

All these pumps are also fitted with an externally adjustable pressure relief valve for easy adjustment up to the maximum working pressure of 700 Bar.

Fitted with totally enclosed, fan cooled, low noise, electric motors, making them ideal for quiet in-works operation or outdoor site use in most environments.

  • Low pressure flow rate 10 ltr/min. up to 70 Bar.
  • High pressure flow rate 1 ltr/min. up to 700 Bar.
  • Two stage hydraulic pump unit.

Hi-Force range

We offer the full extensive range of Hi-Force hydraulic cylinders which includes a wide choice of options related to capacity, stroke length, single or double acting operation, steel or aluminium construction, hollow piston centre hole and mechanical failsafe lock ring designs. All models are 700 bar maximum working pressure and standard capacities range from 4.5 tonnes to 1012 tonnes. Hi-Force also offers custom designed and manufactured cylinders, meeting specific and unique customer requirements.

There is a Hi-Force hydraulic cylinder to suit every application and the high quality design and construction of all models, using the best available materials, ensures that Hi-Force hydraulic cylinders can cope with the most demanding applications in the harshest working conditions.
