Yale "HTG" Gear Travel Beam Trolley, Quick Fit, Range from 500kg to 50,000kg

A beam trolley enables the exact positioning or easy traversing of large loads with either manual or powered hoisting equipment. It has excellent controlling features due to machined steel wheels mounted on prelubricated, encapsulated ball bearings.

Standard Flange Width and Wide Beam Flange Range.

• Push travel (HTP) - Capacities 500kg - 5000kg
  • No hand chain
• Geared travel (HTG) - Capacities 500kg - 50,000kg
  • 2.5 metre hand chain drop (zinc plated) as standard to suit 3 metre HOL (height of lift).

The HTG beam runners are adjustable to fit a wide range of beam widths and profiles (e.g. INP, IPE and IPB). The trolley wheels are designed for a max. beam profile incline of 14%. Adjustments are made by rotating the clevis load bar which also ensure the centred positioning of the hoist in the clevis - no creeping to the left or the right. Trolleys are in accordance with the UVV and machinery directive.
