The Camlok CZ series of plate lifting clamps are a welded construction, can be used to lift and turn all structural steel plates up to a surface hardness of 300 Brinell. The series has a lifting capacity range of 1 to 30 tons and can be used to lift plate from the horizontal to vertical to horizontal position through 180° and vice versa.

  • Used to lift plate from the horizontal to vertical position and vice versa.
  • Suitable for handling steel plate with a surface hardness of up to 300 Brinell.
  • Standard clamp is fitted with a hook ring this can be replaced with a short length of chain and master link - aids in the attachment to larger crane hooks and prevents accidental release when fast lowering.
  • Can be supplied with alternative body shapes if required such as the sharp leg to aid the attachment to stacked plates and the dragging clamp for pulling material into position
  • Jaws and pads are manufactured from high tensile steel and have heat treated serrated teeth.
  • Load Below 20% of the WLL should be avoided as this results in excessive wear and reduction the working life of the clamp
  • Designed and manufactured in the UK.
